About Super Random Box

Hi everyone i have a question for you.

i have 30 gems and i wanna open a super random box but the game doesn't allow me to open a box. When i click to buy now button, it answers me "insufficient super random box". i wanna learn why? because it says "you must use 30 gems to instantly open the box".

You have to have a super random box itself to open it.
To open a super random box, you can either use 30 gems, or use the 6 color keys.
How to get a super random box? I dont know, since I have never gotten one before.
I only saw my girlfriend did it when she opened hers. Forgot where she had gotten it from.

Super random boxes can be obtained in Devil's Castle from silver and gold chests.

Understand that but i have 30 gems, nevertheless i can not open the box. to open the box, what should i do?
-find 6 colour keys or spend 30 gems?
-or both of them?

Do you have the BOX? Have you done Devil's Castle and got out of a silver or gold chest an orange box called super random box? You need
-BOX + GEMS or
-BOX + 6 keys

i don't have the box yet. when the box came,  i will open it if i have all the keys. or 30 gems
