Party leader?

Ive not been playing long, but ive noticed that the game pays special attention to the leader slot, but does that actually do anything besides letting friends use it for boss floors?

It's just to make sure, that you won't have a party with 0 cards (that's why you can't remove it entirely, but only switch it with another card!)

huh, doesnt do that very well then, since you can enter a hellgate or battle with less battle stamina than your lowest costing card and have a 0 card party.
