Device Change Empty Device Change

Good day to everyone!

My problem is that I changed my mobile device, which has got my old spirit stones account with a facebook link.
The question is : Is there any way I can log in to that account with that facebook account with my new device, or it is inpossible to recover and all my data lost? :O
