High Normal Cards

I have been wondering, I have already gotten quite a few high-normal cards and i found myself not using them in any party, their atk and hp is too low and i can't evolve them any further it says something like there can be high normal + but it says this certain card cannot be evolved.

what else can be done with those?

Used as enchanting material, or sold.... :p .... Seriously, there is nothing else you can do with those, since even craftable rares, are better to use anyway!
