Not a happy player

Ok, I have been trying to contact anyone on facebook who can help. I did not get my rare card for logging into facebook through spirit stones and did not get a random box for liking it, I also cannot see anything from the devils castle update, it said aloud one entrance a day and the ability to purchase a pass in the store? If so I do not have either of those, I really need help here.

I believe the Event will start after today - as the previous Hellgate event ends after today - unsure of the dates/times though,

I also had problems with liking on facebook/rewards - have you checked your Gift box? i had to go back and forth a couple of times before i got it. so it does work.. but you need to be persistant.

Yes I have checked the gift box a number of times, but I will keep trying. If it doesn't show up then oh well. I will just have to stop whining.
