can't play the new level

hi everyone
my wife have play the spiritstones a long time
now she is Lv 63
and now she complete the Lysis Continent, 10 White Island
but the new level 11.Dragon Breath is gray out
she can't play this
why?

That is probably a bug. She should be able to finish lysis at this point. Try re-installing the game (make sure that it is connected to facebook, so you won't lose your data), and if that doesn't work you can contact support here: https://support.gamevilusa.com/
