Spirit of June?

Have a question about the final battle of the quests.
I completed all the quests to 100% all the way to the final battle with Kras++. After i defeated him it said the "Spirit of June" lived on and to prepare for the final battle. I collected every chest through all 13 stages but the 13th stage shows 99.2% complete. How do I battle the "Spirit of June"?
