Wins and Losses?

Okay so maybe this is a stupid question... But how is the win/loss ratio calculated on your profile? I've NEVER battled before but my profile says I have 6 wins and 24 losses... I didn't even notice until my friend told me about it... I only quest...

Maybe someone attacked you and you won.. Also doing battles is good for acquiring Jen SR card.

I've battled a few times and was defeated but my team still had health. Why would it be a defeat when the other team lost all health? It's happened at least 5 times for me now.

If you attack for an emblem, and your opponent has the emblem in a safe it counts as a loss. (I know... it's stupid, but that's how they have it atm unfortunately).
