Because mine crashes quite often. I run it through my phone with a good connection, but it just crashes, no error message or anything at different times. I've lost a lot of quest/battle stamina that way, had to replay difficult battles and with the new update coming along, there's no way I'd get through the long dungeon floors without a single crash. But when the game plays it runs very well so... Anyone else? I'm I do only one???

I only have crashes when my connection is unstable and i spam reconnect Surprised

I have occasional difficulty with crashes, but it usually occurs upon launching the game, or shortly after, so it hasn't caused any major problems for me. I have an older "myTouch", so I am a bit shocked that everything works so well.

I'm happy that your game is relatively stable. It seems that the problem is on my end. Just to be clear if you have a connection problem the game shouldn't just black screen close, right? I removed some other apps I had on my phone but still no luck (had to replay a boss battle 5 times). Do you think reinstalling the game might help? And will I lose my cards and profile if I reinstall?

I'm running it on my phone Nexus S. My Internal Storage has 425 MB free if that's any help. I haven't reported to gamevil. Just though I could ask real quick if this was the game's problem or not and if there is some sort of solution.

I am very sorry for necroposting, but something has to be done about the fact, that many users(myself including) experience the very same problem with app just shutting down without notice.

I've already messaged the support team and tried to install the game once again, but this doesn't seem to work and game still crashes like mad.
I'm iOS 6.3 user, but bug reveals to me the same way as described above, so since different OSs and devices are affected, it's not thing on user's end (at least not fully).

So! If you are/were affected by bug, please speak and give as much details about your device/operating system as possible and maybe we can figure something that support system didn't notice yet. I know the forum staff has nothing to do with Gamevil, but together we can gather some information in one place and investigate the case to report findings afterwards to official developers and see what they can tell us.

You know, if you want to have a discussion about this you should try the gamevil forums (they're more official)... there are more active players there and probably more details about this problem ... Hi there!

Sorry if I'm writing in the wrong place,but I have a very irritating problem with the game,and I don't know what I should do.It works fairly when I do the quests,but when I start the hellgate, the game crashes. I've tried to update,but it doesn't help.I have a Sony Xperia L, with the latest Android version.
Please,if anybody have a good idea,I'll be thankful...
