A game issue with a silly bit of help needed

Today, when turned on my game, all that greeted me was a black screen, with nothing happening, no loading, no gamevil logo, nothing. Occasionally a window would pop up saying "Spirit Stones isn't responding" but aside from that the screen is stuck unless I press the home button or the off button. Now, specifically, I'm not asking for someone to fix this situation, as I'm figuring the only thing left is to uninstall and reinstall the game, but I haven't save the date to facebook, but upon contacting support, they wish to have my username - which is the problem. I forgot it.

It's more than likely the same as the one I'm using right now, on this site, but I've been using different nicknames and I want to be absolutely 100% certain. I know I registered some recent friend codes on this site, so if any have confirmed me as their friend and can confirm what my username is, it would be HIGHLY appreciated.

If any extra info is needed, I'm a level 46, and my leader card is Bunny Girl Lena+. Please help I don't want to lose all the cards and progress that I've collected

I went to start the game today and am having the same issue.
