glitch/bug?

hi, i'm fairly new to the game level 19 as of at this moment and i love the game i came over from a game named spellstorm roughly along the lines of this games, but there is one thing boggling me at the moment i completed the second island :rebels base, and got ever card on each stage of each number and the same with the third island: human city, except i did not recieve the rewards, reward for the second island was randm box x 1 and for human city random box x 2, i went to shop and random box yesterday and today (yesterday second island, today third) and there is nothing to be seen, can someone please explain what has happened and sorry if this is the incorrect thread for this i didn't know where else to post

They removed the rewards because not all players would receive them. Last day you could receive them was January 14 if I remember well.

i purchased gems but havent received them how do i get them?
